Düm-tek pattern
In notation
Single-line notation: right-hand strokes (düm, te) above the line, left-hand strokes (tek, ke) below; durations shown as note values.
10/4: one cycle is 10 units; the width of each box is the length of the stroke.
Small usul 10 beats
A small ten-beat usul; it is also called aksak fahte because of its hidden limp, and nim fahte because it is half of Fahte. It is mostly written in 10/4 and used in peşrev, beste and âyin; it is the traditional usul of nakış bestes.
