Şamram Hanım was a kanto singer of Armenian origin, born in 1870 in Istanbul; she is known as Şamram Hanım. She was the maternal cousin of the famous kanto singer Peruz Hanım. She worked intensively on Istanbul stages from about 1898 to 1930, especially in 1900–1920. "Beyaz Gerdan" and "Ah Ölüyorum Efendim" are among the kantos in her repertoire; she sang "Falcı Çingene" together with Peruz Hanım.
